Refunds​

Sadly we cannot offer refunds for workshops. If you are not able to make the workshop time in your booking, your places can be rescheduled once within 6 months, if there is availability on alternative workshop dates.

Returns

If you have a problem with an item you have purchased from us please contact us as soon as possible with images so we can resolve the issue and replace it if appropriate.

Shipping

Products such as seasonal wreaths or kits can be collected at the time specified in the item description, within 1 week of the order. Alternatively you can contact us to make arrangements.

 

If you have booked yo attend one of our workshops. They will be held at the time and location specified in the workshop item.
